        The core technology of SUN Corporation's SMIF loading and unloading system is inherited from Fortrend Engineering, the inventor of SMIF technology in the United States. After nearly 20 years of technology accumulation and market experience, the company will launch the new 200mm and 300mm SMIF load ports of the LPT+ series in 2024. In terms of wafer robot products, the company has also launched a new Bravo series of robots, which perfectly provides the most cost-effective robot product line on the market in terms of production capacity, accuracy, stability, and dust-free cleanliness.         The company's FVO oven series adopts the company's latest multi-axis temperature control technology, which can ensure the temperature control uniformity of the set temperature (+/- 1%) within the full temperature control range of (+60~450 degrees), and The entire temperature control range ensures cavity cleanliness better than Class-10, providing the highest standard for market competition.
